At LIME®, we want you to love every piece you own. If something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to make returns and refunds as simple as possible.
Returns

You can return any item within 30 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached.

Please use the original packaging whenever possible to ensure safe return shipping.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.

Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges

At this moment, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you’d like a different size or color, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Underwear, swimwear, earrings.

Gift cards or final sale items.
Shipping costs

Return shipping is free of charge — we cover the costs.

Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
Damaged or wrong items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@lime-brand.com with your order number and photos. We’ll make it right.
