Refund policy

At LIME®, we want you to love every piece you own. If something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to make returns and refunds as simple as possible.

Returns

  • You can return any item within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Please use the original packaging whenever possible to ensure safe return shipping.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

  • At this moment, we do not offer direct exchanges.

  • If you’d like a different size or color, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Underwear, swimwear, earrings.

  • Gift cards or final sale items.

Shipping costs

  • Return shipping is free of charge — we cover the costs.

  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Damaged or wrong items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@lime-brand.com with your order number and photos. We’ll make it right.
